Participants in these academies routinely rate the experience as the best professional development training they had received. And the highest rated components are the networking with other leaders and the challenging ideas. But a recurring question from graduates has been "Will you offer follow-up activities to keep us challenged now that our Academy is over?"}

Although originally developed as continuing education for Lamar Academy alumni we have decided to open up the site to all educational leaders, regardless of job description or type of educational institution.}
